reraise more preflop. don't minraise a minbet.

raise to $2 preflop.

bet more on the flop.

I dont like your preflop play at all. You are basically looking for action from a big, weaker hand (QQ,JJ,AK) and you are going to be out of position. I like to reraise to about 4 or 5 times the previous bet/raise with these type of hands out of the blinds (since you will be out of position the rest of the hand). If I have position (or a VERY good read) I will sometimes try something fancy, otherwise I am looking to get all in preflop (and hopefully not run into AA).

Like they said - raise it up to $2 or so preflop. You want as much money in the pot preflop as you can get with this hand.

On the flop - bet 3/4 or pot sized here. You don't want to give a cheap card here with a two suited flop.

If you take this line, it will be easier to know where you're at in the hand if someone plays back at you.

I'd pop it up to $2.50 or $3 preflop. You're ahead of every hand except AA before the flop, so you might as well make everyone pay to see if they can break you on the flop.

That flop is money for you. No aces fell, and the only draw is the flush draw. Here I'd bet about 3/4-pot--you're only losing to AA or a set (QQ, 77, 33) unless your opponents are crazy preflop and called your big raise ($2.50 or $3) with a trashy two pair hand. You don't want to bet small or check, because it gives the flush draw a free chance to hit and bust you.

If you still have guys hanging around on the turn, just push it in.
