Default Shorthanded hourly rate

Against average-poor opposition what is a good hourly rate in terms of big bets (live game)? I know people say 1 per hour or 2 for an expert, but that is against average-good opponents.

Assume $10/20 game with 4-6 players, one toughie (you), a couple of reasonable tournament players that are too easily bullied in cash games, and some fish.
