Default loose aggresive play

I play on the Internet and at HGC mostly and play mostly a tight game that I am always working on. But recently Ive started playing in a small NLH home game that has a very small buy in compared to a very large amount of chips in play. Ive decided to use this game to try to work on a loose agressive style that Id like to add to my bag of tricks. My problem is I have no ideas on how to go about this. All the who what where when why how type stuff. Does anyone have any ideas or information on this, or now of a book on it. Im basically looking for some type of a framework to work with. Thanks.
