Default what would you put in your notes?

So, if you were at this table and you saw me play this hand this way, what would you put in your notes on me? I ask this question as I think I would really look forward to playing such and idiot. However, I played this hand great!! why?

Read the hand and flame away if you wish. But what I really want to know is if anyone would actually put the right note in their book? No hints yet, but perhaps later.

I assume you were setting up a bluff later if a third spade fell, or just a bluff in general. CO doesn't know what he's doing and needs to be betting more to protect any kind of hand at all. I love opponents who bet the same small amount on every street.
