Fish dip is gOOt.

Sitting here multitabling , posting, and enjoying some ritz crackers with fish dip. this particular variety was made by my father-in-law and has smoked amberjack and other ingredients to add some flavor/texture. I also like smoked mullet dip and smoked salmon dip. I havent settled on a beer that I like to drink with tasty treat though, although I'm leaning towards something like a Hef.
