Default 77 on the button

Middle stages of a NL home tournament. All stacks about average. I have 77 on the button. Inexperienced, passive player in MP limps in, folded to me and I raise 3xBB. All fold to opponent, who surprises my by calling. She normally won't call with junk, so I assume she has something worth playing.

Flop comes down AKx. Opponent stares at the board for a while, looks at her cards for a while, and checks. The pot is about 1/2 my stack and our stacks are about even.

What's my play?
