A copy of the 'western gambling journal' or whatever it's called will help ya. It lists most of the tourneys, or at least will tell you in the write-ups on cardrooms if they have any of these.

This local rag is available at most cardrooms i've been at. It comes out once a month i think.

That site hasn't been updated for a bit, last time I visited it, I seem to remember the host commenting on it that they were moving out of the area, and it wouldn't be updated any longer.

Bernie is right though, go down to Chips Tukwila and grab that mag.

I know that Chips Lakewood spreads a daily $20 crapshootish 9:30 am tournament, and I'd guess that their other locations do the same. You have to get there very early to get into the Lakewood one - show up after 8:45 (on Friday's at least) and you won't get in.

Freddies in Fife has a daily tournament at either 10:30 or 11:30, can't quite remember. It's a $15, with two $10 rebuys, and seemed like a decent starting stack, as far as these tourneys go.

This weekend is Parker's monthly $150 buy in 10K NL tourney.

Goldie's on Aurora has a Mon-Sat NL tourney @ 11 AM

Kenmore Lanes has a daily NL tourney @ 10:30 AM

There is a new (non smoking) place on 226th in Mountlake Terrace that has 3 NL tourneys daily.

And a bunch of others in and around the sound...

I think it is $35, but its best to just call them.

Expect a lot of Rocks at the Kenmore tourney.

The Goldies tourney is much looser.

Golden Nugget in Tukwila has a daily 8:30am tourney and next door at the Silver Dollar is a daily 12:30pm.

Both NL 25$ buy in, 20 max w/ alternates.
