Natedogg serves single malt scotch at his home game. Works well for me. He also makes sure to save me an xtra large can of budweiser. sucker privileges you know.

Provide a selection of premium beer.

Maintain a mini bar for the few that want to mix a drink. Quality liquors obviously, and nice glassware.
