Default Oh no! E-cash is holding my cashout!!!

I played on interpoker for a while and decided to take advantage of the pokerplex bonus also.

I played my interpoker hands at he beginning of the month for October and then cashed out. I moved in the beginning of the month also and then signed up at pokerplex using my new address. Interpoker's records still have my old address.

Now E-cash is holding a sizeable withdrawl of mine and I imagine it's because I have 2 different addresses. I haven't played at interpoker since I moved therefore haven't changed my address there.

Now they want me to send documents like my birth certificate and a utility bill. The problem is that none of the bills are in my name and I have no idea what to do.

Has anyone had any experience dealing with these people? Anything that I can do to help my situation? Any advice would be appreciated.

photoshop the utility bill to show your name on the address. Its easy enough to do and there are no real reprocussions. This stupid rule annoys the piss out of me, cuz not everyone has their name on a utility bill, you think the morons would realize that

That is a good idea, I have worried about this since the first time I saw a post complaining about it. My name is not on the utility bill, I moved into a house where friends had already been living so everything is already set up in their names. Poker sites don't have a backup plan for proof of an address? Almost every household has more than one person living in it and only one person is ever on the utility bill.

Just doesn't make sense to me...

Call them and ask for something else - they are very nice people and are just making sure there is no funny business.

I had a problem and it was a no hassle event . . .except 5 accounts were closed for a week.
