Default Roy West private stud lessons?

I am planning a week long trip to vegas in late October, and was considering setting up a private lesson w/Roy West. Can any of you who may have taken a private lesson- either w/Roy or any other "teacher" please let me know how that went for you. I am not sure, but I belive the cost was $425 for 5-6 hours of private instruction, plus study materials that you can keep. I know that any advice from a working professional is worth its weight in gold, but I was hoping I could get some specific opinions on the matter before I opted for the lessons.

Thanks in advance, Steven James
