Default ave 3 card hand

What is the ave 3 card hand in 7cs-hi based on random distribution?

What is the ave 3 card hand where it would be the forced bring in (low) ?

I read a 3 card poker book that stated this was somthing like Q64 or some such hand.

There are exactly 21,000 unique conbinations for a deck of 52 cards. Each combination has the same probability of occurence. Thus, there would be no average hand. If you deal a very large number of 3 card hands, all of the 21,000 combo's would occur with equal fequency.
