Set on a flush draw board
Playing a live SNG. Blinds 20/40, I'm in SB and have 1340 after postig from a start of 1000. I get JJ (my suits don't come up on board at all). 4 limpers. I raise to 250, and I get 3 callers, BB folds.
Flop comes Jxx (with xx being two clubs). What's my play? |

Re: Set on a flush draw board
I think you have two options:
1) Lead at the pot, likely by pushing as the pot is pretty much the size of your remaining stack. 2) Go for a check raise all-in. I like option 2 if your opponents are aggresive, and option 1 if they're passive. Only my opinion, Zephyr |

Re: Set on a flush draw board
Yeah, they were quite passive. I went all in (I think I would've had like t10 left if I bet the pot) and all folded. Overall, I'm happy that I won the pot and didn't let anyone draw against me. Just wondering if it was pretty much standard to move in with a set on a flush draw board so that your opponent has to play for his entire stack on a draw...
