Both awful play, when pip1 was reraised on the turn, he should have gone all in.

givme1. The other guy was a bit retarded to not reraise allin on the turn, but givme1 made two major errors - (1) calling preflop, which is going to lead to wailing and gnashing of teeth in the event he flops a pair rather than backdooring a flush, and (2) the raise on the turn, which is just horrible. From the other guy's play so far, he has either rubbish or a huge hand. If he has rubbish you'll find out on the river and can pick the pot up then. If he has a huge hand you have to call and try and crack him. If he'd been less stupid he'd have reraised allin and you'd be in a world of hurt.

Comparing to people go all in with 4flush or str4 on party poker these days, your friend is not that bad.
If he can make a turn reraise, I am sure limping PF is fine with him.
