Default Which womens sport would have the best chance to succeed...

as far as making good money and supporting itself? Are their any even in the running as a possibility?

Other than the LPGA, which i like, about the only sport i remember that i thought was kinda cool so see were the olympic softball team. They kicked ass. No, i wouldn't want to step in the box with those bitches pitching. (used as a term of endearment )

Any ideas, or hopeless?

Women's bicycle racing. The only sport judged by the smell of the equipment.

I don't think I'm the only person that prefers to watch women's tennis to men's. The style of play is much better. In men's tennis it's
monster serve, weak return, 15-0
monster serve, ace, 30-0
monster serve, weak return, 40-0
fault, fault 40-15
monster serve, ace game

The men pretty much win if they break the other guy once. The women's game has much more rallies.

Also, women's volleyball is highly entertaining to watch. The problem there is that volleyball isn't popular in most of the US. In places where it is popular (California and Hawaii for example) women's volleyball tends to be just as popular as men's. It also benefits from longer points in women's matches than men's.

The great thing about figure skating is they don't even do the 'figures' anymore. The most technical part of it.

I may have revealed too much there. Ill shut up now.

Would you say women's tennis, or tennis in general is bigger outside the US? That may be a factor in this also.

Not sure how much the volleyball players make or how much revenue the advertisers are getting for those matches.

Women's pool is kind of fun. At least to see the sleek asian gal playing it is. Can't remember her name though. Who cares, it's not her name i want.

I think naked women's volleyball would draw more ratings and revenue dollars if it were allowed. I can't see womens' volleyball being the hot ticket in town though.

btw...most of the gals i see on tv that play beach volleyball tend to look kind of manly to me. They would throw me in the corner like a used tissue when they were done.
