The other way around...
Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (10 handed)
Feels like I should have played the Turn like the flop and vice versa... Checkraise the flop and bet/raise the turn? Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 raises, MP1 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 folds, CO calls, Button folds, Hero calls, BB folds, UTG calls. Flop: (11 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players) Hero bets, UTG calls, UTG+2 raises, MP2 folds, CO folds, Hero calls, UTG calls. Turn: (8.50 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) Hero checks, UTG checks, UTG+2 bets, Hero raises, UTG folds, UTG+2 calls. Re: The other way around...
I think your analysis is correct. Considering the position of the PF raiser, check-raise the flop, lead the turn.

Re: The other way around...
I don't like the pre-flop call.

Re: The other way around...
Yikes. Fold preflop, then check the flop as the preflop raiser may shut out the field on you. Having represented a made hand on the flop, the turn check-raise looks ok.
Good luck. Eric |
