Default No Limit Theory

Suppose two players with unlimited stacks are playing No Limit Holdem (with blinds, say 1 and 2).

Suppose they both play optimum game theoretic strategy (and both know the other does too).

What is the biggest raise (as a multiple of the pot size) that they could make assuming they always wish to maximize EV?

How big could the pot get (assuming they are not tied with the nuts)?
