B&M tournament, everyone starting with 1500 chips and the blinds start at 25/50.

UTG+1 raises to 175 and it is folded to me.

I have 44.

I thought about it and then folded.

Was this a weak fold?

easy fold. you need a muti pot to play 44. If there are 4 or 5 callers, than I would see the flop. 175 is almost 4 times the big blind. Give him credit for his raise. with no other callers, odds are he has the goods.
