Default Connectors Against Overcards

Warning: Newbie Question
If I have 2 connectors against 2 overcards, how do I calculate how much of a dog I am preflop? What if the connectors are suited?

I ask because I was shortstacked (4xBB) in the BB and heads up when I was dealt 6 7 off in a MTT, the SB raised me to 2xBB and I figured he had 2 overs (at worse) and I only would have 2xBB if I called--so I went all-in and lost. Any responses are appreciated. Thanks!

If you have 78d against AKo, he'll win 58%, and you 41% of the time.
If you have 78o, and he AKo, he'll win 62% and you 38%.
