Party Poker Gift Hamper

Has anyone received their Gift Hamper (Cap and T-shirt) from Party Poker? I sent an email today and they said they would ship it and deduct from my account. I sent a reply asking what they would be deducting, but have not received a reply. Did they charge for shipping (I assume) or something else?

I never requested anything (or completed any type of offer) and I got a jacket, hat, and a calendar at my door a few days ago. I haven't even played there since the ASB bonus months ago.

It's like a windbreaker, not like a winter jacket. I think it's pretty nice quality.
