TOP, who is "Dionne", David?

I found a used copy of Winning Poker, the precessor of Theory of Poker. In the preface, David Sklansky mentions a person named "Dionne" as the co-author of the book.


I have never heard of a player named Dionne. Does anybody know who this Dionne is? David, who is Dionne? and where is he/she now?

Roger Dionne was a professional writer who worked with David on the rewrite of Sklansky on Poker Theory. He died in 1984.
