Default River play?

UTG+1 is a good, aggressive player. Gets a little tricky sometimes too.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Hero raises, UTG+1 calls, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button calls, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: (8.50 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 raises, Button calls, BB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (7.25 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, Button calls, Hero calls.

You're way too timid with your jacks here.

The vast majority of the time you are ahead on the flop and need to three bet, then lead the turn almost every time.

Easy 3bet on the flop. It isn't likely that he will have QQ-AA since he didn't reraise preflop, so I would put him on AT,a flush draw, or overcards. With either hand, 3betting is the best action.

You gave up too early. With an overcaller on the flop, I want you to 3-bet this flop and lead the turn.

3 bet the flop on him put him in his place and hopefully knock out the others who are going for a lucky draw.
