Pacific Tourny and payout problems

Has anyone had any problems at pacific this morning?

I registered for a $8.80 sit and go which disapered along with my money
Then I won an $8.80 sg and it should pay 56
Instead a message popped out telling me that the first one was canled but I am still short 65 bucks
I call their customer service who just tell me to email them with the tourny number which I did
They say it should take 24 -48 hours
Has anyone ever had a similar problem//?

Nope, I've only played 1 SNG and 1 MTT, won both and got my money instaneously.

I had that problem a couple of times before, it took about a day each time but I did get my money.
