Thanks. It was lonely not seeing Chipferg at the rail, he always seems up for some sweat. Took 2nd. And qualified for most of the things that have to happen to win a tourney, my hands held up for the most part, although I lost a few coinflips. And I sucked out on Teecoy. Had 99 in MP and pushed with 40k (Blinds 2/4k). Teecoy called from LP with KK. Whoops. Hit a nine on the river to cripple his stack.

The odd thing was, I was shocked at how the final 6 went. I had 90k which was 3rd chip position. In one orbit, we lost all 4 people. With amazingly the 2nd chip position WAY overplaying a hand against chipleader. I essentially told myself I'd take a few hands off and let em sort it out. And an orbit later was headsup. Of course, he had 250k, I had 90k, but who cards, I made 3 grand by folding.

Amazing how much better I do at tourneys when I turn off my ring games/SNG's and concentrate.
