A9s faces turn raise
Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (9 handed) converter
Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 2 folds, MP1 calls, 4 folds, SB completes, Hero checks. Flop: (3 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players) SB checks, Hero bets, MP1 folds, SB calls. Turn: (2.50 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) SB checks, Hero bets, SB raises, Hero calls. River: (6.50 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) SB bets, Hero calls. Final Pot: 8.50 BB Pretty simple. Should this have been an easy fold on the turn against an unknown? I really wanted to but then thoughts of aggressive 5/10 opponents kept invading my mind. |

Re: A9s faces turn raise
Raise Preflop...
I would call down, but that may not be correct There are a lot of draws on the board, SB could be semi-bluffing TJ or diamonds, but it is also very likely that he could have a Q since you were only 3handed for the flop.. |

Re: A9s faces turn raise
I'd raise preflop with either 2 or more limpers or a late position limper. I had not seen MP1 get out of line at all so I decided to respect his EP limp and check. Mistake? How low would you usually raise here? A8s? KTs? |
