UTG+1 and Button are both pretty LAGGY.

Re: 77, In which all postflop streets get capped.
Button is either:
- pumping the shyt out of an unpaired flush draw - pumping the shyt out of 87, 22, or 88 about the time he caps my turn 3-bet, I start to think it's not a flush draw. I wouldn't 3-bet the river. |

Yeah, and then the river got me thinking I had a good chance of being ahead of 22.

Re: 77, In which all postflop streets get capped.
I assume cold-calling with 77 is table dependent and you "knew" you'd have 6 or so to the flop, and weren't too worried about a 3 bet?

Re: 77, In which all postflop streets get capped.
Board: 7d 8d 2h 3h 8h
equity (%) win (%) / tie (%) Hand 1: 50.0000 % [ 50.00 00.00 ] { 88, 22, 87s, 87o } Hand 2: 50.0000 % [ 50.00 00.00 ] { 7h7c } with the CO coming for the ride, I now agree with you. you win AT LEAST 50% of the time, because the LAG could've overplayed something else, like AA he didn't raise, or T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. |

Re: 77, In which all postflop streets get capped.
Yeah, I knew that I'd get at least 4 to the flop, probably as many as 6 or 7. I wasn't worried about a 3-bet in that it wouldn't matter to me much in any case.

How do you manage to find yourself in such a pot nearly every day? I don't like the river 3bet.

Re: 77, In which all postflop streets get capped.
Try playing 1000 hands/day. Then play those hands aggressively.
