Sending tournament histories to my friend

My friend just got pokertracker a few weeks ago and I was helping him set it up. I forgot why but for some reason we were messing around with my PokerTracker and I downloaded some of his tournament hand histories and imported them into my pokertracker. They were deleted from his email box and now I have some of his hand histories instead of him having them. I'm looking to send back these hand histories to him. I don't mind if I have to send all the tournaments I've ever played to him because I've only played a couple qualifiers anyways. Does anyone know the best and easiest way to do this? I searched around for a while and couldn't really find much.
