Default difference between good player vs. good pro

from what i can tell, the difference between a good sng player and a good pro in the sng 100's is having an roi of 25% vs 35%.

since i find myself in the 25% range, i'm curious what people think is the difference between someone like myself and a good pro.

i do play aggressive on the bubble and take more firsts than seconds and thirds. what other characteristics do the pros have? what do you guys think it would take to get to the next level?
