Default Stealing/Defending Blinds

I can't find anything specific in SSH regarding what hands are good enough for steal attempts and what are good enough to re-raise against a steal. (Or call)

Any recommendations?

I think it entirely depends on table texture.
If I'm playing on a tight-passive table, I steal with any two face cards, and Ax.

I don't even try if folks overdefend their blinds

Here's a good one:

If you find yourself defending a blind or in a position to steal blinds twice in a row, change tables. It's too damned tight!
