RGP Boiler Room? Cheaters?

Any RGP readers out there...

can you explain what is going on with this crackpot that accuses the entire poker world of being cheaters.

Who is he, what is he talking about, and what is this $10,000 franchise thing he sells.

I looked at RGP for one day, this was all I could find to read. Weird ass chit, no wonder everyone says that place has gone to hell.
