Default Small Stakes Holdem & the Party 15/30 game

How applicable do you think Small Stakes Holdem is to the Party 15/30 game? In the foreward, they plan to "teach you how to win the maximum in any games with players who play too many hands and go too far with them". This certainly seems to describe a lot of the 15/30 games that I see.

However, I have experienced about a -200 bb swing since I got the book (my worst ever). This is NOT meant to be sour grapes...I suspect that I am grossly mis-applying concepts and might have my head filled with too many things at one time. I have a feeling that time will straighten all of this out, and have been thrilled with the book.

That said, is there a chance that the book is not meant for the typical 15/30 Internet game?
