Default River Action?

Getting beat up at the table pretty good. Getting my share of cold callers with raised hands. The turn CR has made several plays while sitting there - most notably playing K7o like it was aces and being shown a full house to his unimproved K high.

With a bet and raise is there at least one Q out there? At this point can I comfortably fold or coldcall and fold to a reraise/cap?

Thanks,
Kevin
