Default Stop and Go with Jacks

What do you guys think of my flop/turn play on this one? Since this guy didn't cap it preflop when I 3 bet, but raised me on the flop, I put him on Axc, TT, JJ, or QQ. My hand was vulnerable at this point so I didn't really want to 3 bet on the flop since it wouldn't knock anyone out. I was gonn wait for a safe turn and then bet, and if he raised it might knock out the other dude there. Do you guys think this was a good line or should I have 3bet the flop??

I would have 3-bet the flop, and led out if he didn't cap, or check raised raised him if he did cap, then call down if he 3-bets.

Given your line of play, I would have check raised the turn for sure. I'm guessing he had 99 or TT.
