Default AA is my leak

This will be part bad beat story, but it's beginning to bring some doubt into my game. Last night, I got lucky and pulled KK once and AA twice in the span of about a hundred hands. Unfortunately, none of them cashed in.

I bet pre-flop, and bet and raised just about the whole way out. I got beat by a Q-high flush on the river once. I will admit to overplaying a 454 flop (and a 5 hit on the turn, giving the guy with a 5 the boat - he didn't even have it on the flop).

I guess part of me is saying, "You've got Aces - build the pot as big as you can, and get away with the money." So my basic plan now is to raise and re-raise every chance I get and if a scare card hits, check-call (i.e. third suited card on the river).

Is that a good plan? Should I slow down so I don't get hurt so much when I don't get it? I understand that I should be about an 80% favorite to win against a single opponent and that there will come a night when I cash in all of my AA and KK hands for big money. So I'm not REALLY crying about it - I know things will eventually come back around. But that currently seems to be my biggest leak. (Well, obviously, since I'm pounding away at the pot and then coming up short.) Despite losing those three big hands, I still ended about even over those 100 hands. So I certainly feel good about my game. It's just that losing alot with AA sort of sucks.

Should I slow down? Keep it going? Any small tweaks? Scare cards to slow down on? etc.?

Fold AA and plug the leak, then stop playing for a while and you will plug every leak.

then:

then:

try again.

It can feel like you leak chips with the monster pairs because when you do lose with them, you (usually) lose a lot of chips.

Near as I can tell by your post, you only lost with AA twice (hardly a suitable sample size). I wonder how many times you've won with it since you started playing ...

Not *every time*!!!

I've had it over 350 times this year. I've only won 349 of those!!! My luck is rotten. I hate AA. I need to stop this bleeding of chips.
