Do you treat it with as much suspicion as I did? It just made no sense to me -- for all of one street, until she checked the river.

If this player loves to lead with draws then I think you can raise. If its your typical loose/passive calling station type player you may do better to call it down. The turn did put a lot of draws out there so raising can't be much of a mistake against a fairly aggressive player.
