On the flop,

With a made flush against a known set?

it depends on if there are other callers or the stage of the tournament. Without more information, I'd say you most definitely should call with the better hand. You can't be afraid to lose with the better hand. You'll win roughly a bit over 2/3 of the time.

Absolutely. You're pretty much a 2 to 1 favorite regardless of which set or which flush you and your opponent have. So this is a clear call, unless it's some strange bubble situation where the set player has me outstacked and there are one or more players who are about to get blinded out.
