...this "Barbara Yoon" character? And, if it is this Lawrence Hill, who is Lawrence Hill?

I have been following Barbara Yoon's postings on rgp for more than 5 year, so - unless someone has taken over the identity (like "The Phantom") - at least she's consistent.

Back then I remember seeing among others Mike Caro recognize her sometimes somewhat 'square' calculations of probability. See this link news for an analyzis of who she really is and the debate over her identity.
