Default I give the people at canterbury a lot of crap here but

It was pretty cool that today, they came up to me at the table and said that the night before they had shorted me $100 when I was cashing out, and forked it over right away with no fuss or anything. Obviously I totally missed it and had no way of proving it anyways. Thanks.

Wait. What? Huh? They just gave you $100 that you didn't know you were entitled to? Wow, just wow. That's awesome! I can't think of many places that would even consider doing that.

Ok, bed time for me.

The girl that cashed me out on wednesday came up $100 over at the end of the night. They went to the tape and found she shorted me a bill, and gave it to me with no fuss. I brought over 4 dimes in chips to the cage that night so I didn't notice.

So you bought in for six?

One time, I left six bills on the table for a new $15/30 game. When I got back from the john, there was $500 worth of chips in my spot. I did notice and did make a stink. They checked the cameras and took care of things in short order. If you want to find things to complain about, they're certainly there, but Canterbury is a nice place to play, and I'm glad to have it as my local room.

Did I just totally miss you in the 30/60 game on wednesday?

I was there in the 15/30 game from 8pm-4am wednesday night.

I heard it was a real action game. I'm still really suprised I didn't see you sitting there. What the hell seat were you sitting in?

All you guys who live near good legal B+M card rooms suck!

I'll be going up to Foxwoods Labor day weekend, at a cost of $70 round trip for the ferry, almost $300 for lodging, and about a 4 hour travel time each way. Going to AC is just as bad.
