How long do cashouts normally take to process?

I'm new to online poker and recently won $110 at Full Tilt by finishing second in one of their big beta tournaments. I set up a Neteller account and got it all certified, and then tried to cash it out so I could play microlimits at Pacific. I had some problems so I emailed support, and someone there said that they would just send me the money to my Neteller account. They said they had sent it on Thursday, July 29, but I still haven't received anything in my Neteller account. Does it normally take this long or should Iemail support again?

I think there has been problems on the Neteller end this week. Earlier in the week, their site was down for repairs (on and off). I am also waiting for a cashout to process, which was supposed to go through yesterday. If I don't see it today, I will try contacting Neteller.
