I think so, yes. Unless it's in live play and is from someone VERY tricky. It's a move that says, "I want to trick you into getting as much money in the pot as possible"... and you don't wanna get into a pot with someone saying that.

Yeah, it sucks to get the min check/raise. With these shallow stacks and the awful players at party though, it's usually +EV to call them down to see if they're just making a move with TPTK, or a draw.
