AA on button
First round of Royal Vegas Expert Challenge tournament. Everyone starts with t1500. Hero has ~2000. Villian about 2900 (added on after blinds).
Preflop (Blinds 10/20) Hero dealt A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], One EP limper (frequently limping and calling on bad draws). Hero raises to 60, BB and limper call. (Pot: 190) Flop: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] BB bets t200, EP folds, Hero raises to 1K. Was the too aggressive? I put the player on a draw (haven't seen him play any hands yet), and just wanted to pick up the pot. Should I have flat called and raised on turn? If so, what if it was a suited or straightcard? Should I raise less and play from there? |

Re: AA on button
raise at least 80 pf, but prolly closer to 100-120 because of deep stacks. I dont really like the overbet. I would raise pot here at most and let him make a mistake.
