Turning Stone Info

Some friends and I are planning to take a trip out to Turning Stone Casino in NY for friday night/satdurday. If anyone has any tips, good games to get into, places to stay etc. etc. they would be most welcome. We are interested in playing in the NL rebuy tourney saturday morning - is the structure worth playing in? Also, what is the rake like in the $100 NL game - that is, is it beatable?
