Don't hit the "turn royal flush" button unless you call next time.

Thing is I had nothing on my opponents. If I knew that it was likely that the SB and BB would call I would have called. If I knew the CO's range of hands went down to ace rag here I would have 3-bet. Oh well.

Why would you fold KJs to one raise preflop?

Vehn is what we like to call a super-rock.

Actually, KJs in this spot is close. Folding or 3-betting will mainly depend on what you know about the players around you.

what do you guys think about cold calling on the button here? i know you say rarely cold call and i agree, but this spot seems ok. multi-way pot for 2 bets and you're in position with a good multi-way hand, no?

Why would you 3-bet a hand to which you are a dog?

i called a raise today on the button with K10s - it was a pre-flop raise fest type 15/30 game where there was lots of cold calling 3 bets - against unknown raiser with KQs i will roughly cold call 40% 3 bet 40% and fold the rest - obviously there are a bunch of considerations that might get me to choose which one

KQs is easily the most common cold calling hand of few hands i might do it with - KJs is another

stripsqueez - chickenhawk
