Default Odds for 7 Stud

Just like texas holdem has a short cut for calculating the odds i.e. at the folp 4X your outs does stud have a similar metric?

7-stud odds are a little more difficult (maybe cumbersome is a better description) since you need to factor in all of the up-cards that you have seen, or at least those that would help your hand. i.e. if you are drawing to a flush in clubs, how many clubs have you seen already?
I find hold'em a little easier to work with in terms of probabilities becuase of the community aspect of the board.
