hello im a relatively new poker player about 1 year and in my opinion im better than most be still very average..ive studied holdem for advanced players extensively and am going to buy small stakes holdem any reviews on that book i welcome..

but heres my ques. i give so much money away chasing flushes,
the games im in are very loose and i get good odds, i stick to king and ace high but tend to lose lots of $$$$$ doing it i play pretty agressive.. 3 6 game any advice on this is appreciated..

Default Re: standard for the flushes

When you say you're losing a lot of money is it because you are chasing the flushes with just three to a flush after the flop? If you have four to a flush after the flop then you should be making money with it and if you're not it's probably just a short term issue. In the long run, as long as you're not always heads up with these flush draws, you will show a profit.
