intercasino and caribbean sun monthly bonus this month

something weird is going on with the intercasino and caribbean sun monthly poker bonuses.

so far i have played 236 hands on intercasino. thats 64 hands short of the 300, but they already sent me an email saying i have played and earned the $50 already. the $50 is in my account and i already placed a cashout.

however with caribbean sun, i have played 283 hands so far. thats 33 more then reqieured and i still havnt gotten the email. but judging from my record keeping, i believe there is an extra $40 in my account. so is it possible that they already gave me the bonus without sending me an email? i have always gotten an email from them. what should i do, keep playing and wait for the email and hope they give me another $40? or just cashout?

If you believe you already got the bonus, then I'd just cash out. I doubt that they'll accidentally give you another one.

The cash credit has always been first and the email second in my case.

To GET it you generally have to stand up from the table(s) in which you are playing.

I noticed that I got the Car Sun bonus before 250 hands this month. I think there's been a several hour lag between when the bonus arrives and when the email confirmation arrives lately. Also, if you have a spam filter, check in there if you haven't yet. Mine always get shunted into that.

well after reviewing my records for caribbean sun. i realized that i did not have an extra $40 in my account as i had stated.

i talked to support and it turns out that the hands have to be raked unlike intercasino.

"[laura:] hello. How can I help you ?
[Client:] hi, i have played way beyond 250 hands this month and have not recieved my bonus
[laura:] hold on please I will check your account
[Client:] ok
[laura:] I have checked your account and can confirm that you have played 231 hands
[Client:] hmmm i have counted 280. does the hands have to be raked?
[laura:] yes
[Client:] ok i see, thx
[laura:] no problem"
