I don't think they've even decided where, let alone when. Last I heard the early rounds were going to take place at the Rio, and the later stages at the Horseshoe. The event is getting too big for the Horseshoe to handle, and the Rio (a Harrah's holding; Harrah's now runs but does not own the Horseshoe) has much more room. But I think everything is still up in the air. The Bricks & Mortar forum is also a good site for this kind of info, but I haven't seen anything posted there yet.
