Default Omaha Hi/Lo odds concerning low hands

In a 10 handed Omaha 8/b game with nobody sitting out, what is the chance that any one player has A2 ?

In a 10 handed Omaha 8/b game with nobody sitting out, what is the chance that two players will have A2 ?

In Omaha 8/b what percentage of the time does the flop come up 3 high cards therefore no possibility of a low ?

In Omaha 8/b what percentage of the time is there no possibility of a low including the turn and the river ?
