Default Adjusting Play for Live Blinds

Situation: Live game, 11-handed. I'm UTG+1 with 76s. Normally it's an obvious muck, but in this case, there are a ridiculous 4 live blinds plus the SB and BB. On top of that, there's a lot of any-2-cards going on. What do you do?

If you call, how bad does the hand have to be to _not_ call?

The Armchair:

At very loose, and very passive tables, I have played as low as 89s up front, and I am pretty tight in general. If the table is passive, I doubt it is a huge mistake, if it is a mistake at all, to limp in 76s in ep with the situation you describe. I doubt I would go any lower.
