Default Q,Jo on the button

Hello. Ive always had trouble playing this hand. Usually when I get this, I raise with it to limit the field. But usually that doesn't work. If the flop has a Q or J, I bet and usually get raised by somebody with K,Q or A,Q. A lot of these situations occur in tournaments where every chip bet matters. Here's a situation

I'm dealt Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the button. I decide to that I will limp in to save some chips in case the flop isn't favorable. 2 other people limp and 1 raises to $130, which is a good amount of his stack considering he's short stacked. A person in front of me calls. Whats my move?

I really need help playing this hand so all comments would be greatly appreciated
