Default Steal attempt, but the button says no!

Opponent is tag. I think my opponent thinks I am tag.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Rico is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, <font color="CC3333">Rico raises</font>, <font color="CC3333">Button 3-bets</font>, SB folds, BB folds, Rico calls.

Flop: (7.33 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
Rico checks, <font color="CC3333">Button bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">Rico raises</font>, Button calls.

Turn: (5.66 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Rico bets</font>

Decent line so far? Or am I just spewing chips?
